Hi, I'm Enrique Balmaseda, a software engineer specialised in artificial intelligence and founder of BalmaCasa. I come from a family with a real estate background and I've seen up close what most worries a buyer: not just choosing a beautiful home, but understanding and keeping control of everything that happens from the moment a project is born —when a development is planned— until it's time to sign, receive the keys and enjoy your home with peace of mind.
Over time we saw a reality repeat itself again and again: the international client usually faces more barriers (language, distance, paperwork, trust and timing). And yet, they are often the ones who fall most in love with this coast. That's why we decided to focus on international new-build buyers: it's where a serious method, clear communication and a team that truly coordinates the process add the most value.

After travelling around Europe and different parts of the world, I understood that this coast offers a combination that's hard to match: real quality of life, not just something that "looks good in photos".
